Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Baker (Georgian Bread Specialist) to join our team. The role involves preparing, baking, and presenting high-quality Georgian bread such as shoti and khachapuri and other bakery items, while ensuring consistency, taste, and authenticity. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in bread-making, knowledge of dough preparation and baking techniques, and an understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
Key Requirements
1. Previous experience as a Baker (experience with Georgian bread is an advantage).
2. Knowledge of dough preparation, fermentation, and baking techniques.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
5. Understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations.
6. Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, or shifts as required.
7. Team player with good communication skills.
