Site Operations Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring all activities are carried out according to project plans and schedules.
* Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the smooth progress of projects.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment on site.
* Manage and supervise site staff, including subcontractors and labourers, ensuring efficient use of resources.
* Monitor project timelines and quality control, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
* Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to ensure project milestones are met.
* Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, reports, and progress updates.
* Liaise with clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, preferably in commercial or residential projects.
* A relevant qualification in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal requirements.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
