We are a busy and popular, critically acclaimed NYC Style pizza slice shop in Dublin 2 that is recently expanding to Phibsborough. We take the craft of dough and pizza making very seriously, therefore we have a very detailed and methodical process using only the best possible ingredients available to us. This is the reason why our pizza is considered the best in the country.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year working in a busy pizzeria. We are looking for someone enthusiastic who is willing to learn, grow, and up-skill. Your responsibilities will include:
* Helping out with dough prep
* Being involved in general food prep
* Assisting the senior chefs in building and baking pizza
* Helping with end of service clean down
