eir evo talent are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant with a proven record of success with either agency, or in house talent acquisition with 5 years+ experience.
To be successful, you'll need a solid background in recruitment within IT, AI, Tech, data, or a similar specialist vertical.
A proven track record of billing and business development is key, along with strong relationship-building skills and a self-motivated, ambitious approach.
This is a senior-level opportunity where you'll take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle – sourcing top talent, finding, developing, managing client relationships, and delivering an exceptional service at every stage.
You'll be leading by example, helping to drive team growth, and playing a key role in shaping the future growth of the business.
You'll be supported by an experienced in-house delivery team, business development team, along with marketing and training functions to help you succeed. The culture is collaborative and high-performing.
This is a Dublin based hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
1. As a recruitment consultant, you are the vital link between clients and candidates.
2. Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies
3. Visiting/Video calls with clients to build and develop positive relationships
4. Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment
5. Use social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships
6. Headhunting – identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work
7. Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy
8. Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests, and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client
9. Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client
10. Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job
11. Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding suitable applicants
12. Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client
13. Informing candidates about the results of interviews
14. Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between clients and candidates

15. Currently have senior level experience in a recruiter/account manager role
16. Are target driven, enthusiastic and money motivated

18. Have excellent communication skills and thrive on hitting targets
19. Have a strong work ethic and work hard to achieve your goals
20. Motivated and like the idea of running your own business/desk and the ability to build out a new desk/ vertical
21. Possess professional sales and people skills
