NET/C# web stack (frontend and backend), lead distributed teams, and work closely with Product and UX to deliver high-performing ecommerce platforms used by thousands of customers daily.
Key Responsibilities Technical Ownership: Lead the technical vision and architecture of customer-facing web platforms, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor internal and outsourced engineering teams (frontend, backend, and QA).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product and Design to deliver new features while maintaining technical integrity and reducing debt.
Platform Oversight: Ensure smooth operation of core systems including CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, caching/CDN, and third-party integrations.
Core Tech Stack Languages/Frameworks: C#, .
NET Core, ReactJS Infrastructure: Azure (Functions, App Services, SQL, CosmosDB), Cloudflare Tools/Integrations: REST APIs, Microservices, CMS platforms (Umbraco preferred), Payment gateways (e.g. Stripe), Messaging tools (e.g. Twilio) Key Requirements Experience: 7+ years in web/software engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
Strong background delivering scalable B2C ecommerce solutions.
Tech Skills: Deep experience with the Microsoft tech stack (C#, .NET Core, Azure).
Strong knowledge of modern frontend frameworks (preferably ReactJS).
Leadership: Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver results in fast-paced, product-driven environments.
Preferred: Experience with multilingual, multi-currency ecommerce platforms and third-party system integrations.
