Business Analyst- IT Location: Dublin (Hybrid) Employment Type : Full-time, Permanent Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to join our IT Department and play a key role in our digital transformation journey.
This role will focus on improving internal systems, including our core internally developed ERP and various third-party platforms.
The successful candidate will act as a bridge between IT and the business, ensuring that technology solutions align with operational needs and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders across the business.
Produce clear and comprehensive specification documentation.
Act as the liaison between IT, business functions and 3rd party suppliers to ensure mutual understanding and alignment.
Run Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to evaluate and select appropriate solutions and vendors.
Investigate and assess potential solutions to meet business need Support the development of implementation and handover plans Ensure successful delivery of business requirements and functional specifications.
Coordinate and manage small to medium-sized software projects, monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
