We are seeking a highly skilled Care and Operations Manager to join our team in managing a family home setting in Drogheda.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader to take on a challenging role that requires exceptional organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. As part of your duties, you will:
· Supervise social care & HCA staff ensuring the highest possible quality of service delivery within available resources.
· Implement all policies and procedures while carrying out tasks related to budgets, Health and Safety, staff supervision, training, appraisal, and rostering of care staff.
· Manage operational aspects concerning the running of the establishment including evaluation and monitoring of services.
· Ensure all service users, SCWs and HCAs are enabled and encouraged to participate in decisions affecting their lives.
An ideal candidate will possess:
· A minimum level 7 qualification in Applied Social Care
· A thorough understanding of principles and practice of social care.
· Strong knowledge of basic management principles.
· At least three years' experience in a similar role.
· A full driving license is essential.
