Supply Chain Manager – Kildare | On-site | PermanentWhat you need to knowThis is an exciting opportunity to take a hands-on lead in shaping the supply chain function within a dynamic organisation. You'll oversee end-to-end supply chain activities including purchasing, planning, inventory, customer service, and operations coordination. The role involves both strategic projects and daily management, reporting directly to senior management.Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop the supply chain team, including performance appraisals, hiring, and staff supervision.Oversee purchasing, planning, and production scheduling to meet supply chain objectives.Manage inventory accuracy, including transfers, postings, physical counts, and reporting.Build strong relationships with suppliers and partners to drive improvements.Implement and monitor supply chain metrics, supporting decision-making and operational efficiency.Requirements:Minimum 3 years' experience in people management within a supply chain or operations environment.Strong familiarity with production, inventory, and demand/forecast planning procedures.Solid mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Effective communication in English and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.Comfortable using computer software programs relevant to supply chain management.DisclaimerBy applying, you are giving consent for Matrix Recruitment to contact you about this job.
