This role will also incluse input with our sister company The RoleWe're looking for a creative and commercially minded Marketing Executive to take ownership of our marketing activity and help shape the way Positive Retail tells its story. You'll be central to driving campaigns, generating awareness, and supporting the sales team with strong content, leads, and insights. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director but working closely with both sales and technical colleagues, this is an opportunity to make a visible impact in a growing retail technology company.What You'll Be DoingMarketing Strategy & CampaignsPlan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, LinkedIn, paid ads, website, trade media) to raise awareness and generate leads.Develop content calendars for blogs, case studies, newsletters, and social media.Measure and report on campaign performance, using analytics to refine approaches.Content Creation & Brand DevelopmentCreate engaging, professional content — from customer success stories to graphics, brochures, and video snippets (with tools like Canva or Adobe).Ensure a consistent and professional brand voice across all channels.Support development of tailored messaging for specific retail sectors (fashion, lifestyle, garden centres, health food, etc).Lead Generation & Sales SupportDrive inbound lead activity by creating landing pages, nurturing email sequences, and optimising website calls-to-action.Equip the sales team with high-quality collateral (presentations, product sheets, comparison guides).Support outbound activity by developing prospecting campaigns and event follow-ups.Events & PartnershipsOrganise and promote Positive Retail's presence at trade shows, exhibitions, and retail networking events.Coordinate event materials, pre-show promotion, and post-event lead capture.Build relationships with industry bodies and partners to maximise exposure.Market Intelligence & InsightsMonitor retail technology and payments industry trends, sharing insights with the wider team.Research competitor positioning and support in developing clear, differentiated messaging.Provide feedback from campaigns and client conversations to refine product-market fit.What Success Looks LikeMarketing campaigns consistently generate qualified inbound leads for sales.Our brand presence in Ireland and the UK retail tech space is stronger and more visible.The sales team has better tools and collateral to convert opportunities.Positive Retail is positioned as a trusted, innovative partner for independent and multi-site retailers.Why Join Us?Competitive salary and career growth potentialA collaborative, friendly team that values innovationOn-site parking and fun company eventsHybrid working – enjoy the best of both worldsReady to Apply?Send your CV and a cover letter explaining why you'd be a great fit.
