Quality Administrator – Maternity Cover (Full-Time)

We’re currently recruiting for a Quality Administrator to join a regulated MedTech manufacturing company on a full-time maternity cover contract. This is a key support role within the Quality Assurance team, helping maintain high standards of compliance, documentation, and process control.
What You’ll Do:
* Maintain and update Quality Management System (QMS) documentation in line with ISO 13485 and regulatory requirements
* Support document control processes – issuing, archiving, and retrieving quality records
* Track non-conformances, CAPAs, and change controls to ensure timely and compliant closure
* Compile quality reports and assist in preparing data for management review
* Liaise with internal teams (R&D, Production, Supply Chain) to gather and verify quality-related data
* Support validation and improvement initiatives across products and processes
What You’ll Need:
* Third-level qualification in Science, Engineering, or a technical discipline
* Training or qualification in Quality is a distinct advantage
* Familiarity with ISO 13485 and ISO 14971 standards
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Proactive communication and problem-solving ability
