Site Development Specialist
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Site Development Specialists, responsible for supporting the development of residential and commercial projects.
Main Responsibilities:
* Carrying out site surveys and setting out processes to ensure accurate construction
* Reviewing plans and drawings for accuracy and completeness
* Leading quality control initiatives and ensuring compliance with project specifications
* Collaborating with the Project Manager and cross-functional teams to provide technical expertise
* Liaising with external consultants and contractors to drive project success
Requirements:
* Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Irish construction industry
* Strong knowledge of surveying equipment, including GPS and Total Station technology
* Familiarity with relevant Irish building regulations and standards
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
