HR Business Partner Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
2. Provide Expert Advice: Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational changes.
3. Talent Management Processes: Support talent management processes, including recruitment, succession planning, and workforce development.
4. Analyse HR Metrics: Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
5. Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while promoting best practices across HR functions.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in an HR role, with at least 2-3 years in an HRBP position
* Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment legislation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic setting
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and provide actionable insights
