Role Description
This is a full-time role for a
Marketing and Customer Project Coordinator
within PerformanSC. The role represents an opportunity to play a key part within a highly respected supply chain team, working closely with clients and experienced consulting teams.
The Marketing and Customer Project Coordinator is responsible for the planning and execution of marketing activities and customer-facing project initiatives, ensuring clear communication, effective coordination, and a consistently high-quality client experience.
The role interfaces directly with clients and internal teams and requires a proactive, organised individual who can manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute marketing initiatives aligned to PerformanSC
* Develop and coordinate marketing materials and customer communications with support from the consulting team
* Lead the planning and delivery of customer events, webinars, and campaigns
* Mange website and social media in conjunction with external SEO and web service partners
* Engage with current and past customers to maintain awareness of PerformanSC services
* Work closely with consulting teams to ensure effective execution of customer initiatives
* Track actions, progress, and follow-ups with clients and internal stakeholders
* Manage customer opportunity report CRM and project reporting through internal systems
* Conduct and maintain research on marketing trends, and industry developments
Role Location
This hybrid role (3 days on site) is located at our offices close to Dunboyne, Co. Meath with some requirement to travel when necessary.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Communications, or demonstrable relevant experience in a similar role
* Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
* Familiarity with CRM, project management, or marketing tools
* Experience in a customer-facing, marketing, or coordination role an advantage
* Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
* Strong interest in business and supply chain
