Overview
We’re hiring a Quality Manager! This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality professional to step into a leadership role and make a real impact. You’ll be responsible for guiding a small team (4 people) while ensuring compliance with FDA, ISO, and QSR standards. The right candidate will bring a mix of technical expertise, strong people management skills, and a passion for driving continuous improvement.
What you’ll be doing
* Leading and developing a small Quality team, providing coaching, support, and structure.
* Acting as the site’s management representative for FDA, ISO, and QSR compliance.
* Driving awareness of regulatory and quality system requirements across the business.
* Overseeing internal audits, non-conformance management, CAPA, and customer requirements.
* Leading quality improvement projects and contributing to Lean initiatives.
* Applying data-driven approaches (Minitab/statistical tools) to identify trends and improve product and process quality.
What we’re looking for
* 3+ years’ experience in Quality Management within the medical device or FDA-regulated industry.
* 3–5 years of proven people management experience (small-team leadership essential).
* Strong knowledge of QSR and ISO standards; Lead Auditor certification preferred.
* Excellent communication, influencing, and team development skills.
* Solid problem-solving ability with a data-driven mindset.
