An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced MEP Coordinator to join a Tier 1 Main Contractor in Ireland. This role is based on a major project in Dublin and offers long-term career potential with a well-established and highly respected construction company. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate all phases of Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health (MEP) services throughout the project lifecycle. Take full ownership of MEP delivery across Pre-Construction, Planning, Construction, Testing, Commissioning, and Handover stages. Manage and schedule all utility connections in line with project milestones. Liaise with the Design Team to coordinate technical submittals in accordance with the project schedule. Track and manage the flow of technical information between Design Teams and specialist subcontractors. Ensure MEP works are delivered and implemented to approved designs and specifications. Monitor on-site installations and ensure stage checks are completed to required standards. Requirements: A relevant third-level degree or professional qualification in engineering or building services. 35 years experience in a similar role, ideally with a main contractor or large subcontractor. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to read and navigate BIM models.
