Dublin (Hybrid Work) Rate: €500 per/day depending on experience Overview: We're looking for a sharp SAP SuccessFactors Analyst to power our digital HR evolution. Key Responsibilities: Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruiting, Compensation). Ensure system stability, resolve user issues, maintain data integrity, and optimize configurations for daily use. Support integrations between SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems. Collaborate with HR and IT to align system functions with strategic goals and contribute to cross-functional HR projects. Identify system enhancement opportunities, stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors best practices, and support testing during release cycles. What We're Looking For: Proficient in SAP SuccessFactors, including system configuration, user support, and troubleshooting Experienced with HRIS integration tools and data flows Strong team player, effective with internal and external stakeholders Knowledge of time and attendance and SAP payroll is an asset Experience with SuccessFactors implementation preferred Exposure to S/4HANA is a plus, but not required If this position is of interest, please apply to the link provided.
