CPD Operational & Clinical Support Scheduling is managed for you, your Regional Manager will handle all bookings.
Support from our Clinical Lead Our Quality and Standards Team provides guidance with report submissions and ensures compliance with clinical standards.
Support from Senior Speech and Language Therapist.
Details of Post: The person appointed to this post will work as a Speech and Language Therapist, delivering a high-quality Speech and Language Service.
This includes conducting interventions, bespokespeech and language therapy projects, and AON assessmentson behalf of Constellation Healthcare.
Assisting with ADOS assessments will be required as needed.
Purposeof Post: To provide a quality intervention and SLT Assessment Service to Constellation Healthcare and the children allocated to you.
To be responsible for the provision of a high-quality occupational therapy service in accordance with standards of professional practice.
To be responsible for the carrying out of the AON Assessment and working with the Psychologist and other clinicians to determine outcome and results.
Attend an MDT meeting to discuss finding, recommendations.
Provide direct intervention services where appropriate, including individual or group therapy sessions, based on assessment outcomes and multidisciplinary team recommendations.
Eligibility Criteria: Recognised Speech and Language Therapy Qualification recognised by the SLT Registration Board at CORU.
Active CORU registration.
IASLT Registration Minimum 1 years post-qualification experience.
Proven skills in SLT assessments.
Intervention Delivery Strong communication and teamwork abilities within a multidisciplinary setting.
Active commitment to CPD and ongoing professional growth.
Full drivers licence and access to transport for service support.
Demonstrated ability to practice autonomously as well as collaboratively within an MDT.
Excellent report writingskills.
