We are seeking a Community Care Specialist to cover North and South Leitrim areas. The successful candidate will provide essential community care services.
* A full-time agency line of work is required, covering areas of North and South Leitrim.
* The ideal candidate will be available for a period of three months, providing Monday to Friday service from 9 – 5.
* This role involves working alongside the public health nurses in the region.
* Detailed knowledge of Department of Health rates applies in this position.
