Due to continued growth, we are seeking an ambitious New Business Sales Executive to join our Personal Lines team. This role is ideal for a motivated insurance professional who enjoys a sales-driven environment and wants to build a successful, long-term career.

Key Responsibilities
* Issue motor, home, and van insurance quotations (inbound & outbound)
* Convert quotations into new business sales
* Handle customer queries and provide excellent service
* Cross-sell and generate referrals across Life, Pensions, and Health products
* Meet and exceed monthly sales and quotation targets
* Complete all related administration accurately
Qualifications
* CIP, APA Personal General Insurance qualification, or grandfathered status
Skills & Knowledge
* Strong product knowledge across Personal Lines insurance
* Knowledge of competitor products and pricing
* RELAY system experience an advantage
* Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
* Customer retention and relationship management skills
Experience Required
* Minimum 2 years' insurance experience, preferably within a brokerage
* Proven sales focus and ambition to progress in a sales career
* Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
