Test Engineer Intern Summary
Test Engineers are responsible for working as part of an agile team that delivers business value to its customers. They ensure software is delivered to high quality standard by collaborating with their agile team members and by leveraging various testing techniques. Test Engineers embrace the planning, design, management, execution and reporting of tests, using appropriate testing tools and techniques while conforming to agreed upon process standards and industry specific regulations.
Test Engineer Intern Summary – Acquisition Journey Tech – AL Team
a) Test Automation using the Selenium Framework (C#).
b) Manual validation of User Story Acceptance for the Data Capture platform.
c) Integration / E2E test data set-up.
d) Release Support including regression and smoketest execution
e) Demos of functionality tested to the Business Team / IT Team
f) Estimation of testing tasks.
g) Collaboration with other team members and dependent teams.
h) Updates of testing status and creation of defects in Rally where applicable.
