Maintenance Manager – Kildare Town
80,000 – 90,000 + Benefits
Monday–Friday | 40 Hours | Site-Based Role
A leading manufacturing business based in Kildare Town is looking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Manager to join their team.
This is a fully site-based role managing the day‑to‑day maintenance function across a busy production environment. The successful candidate will oversee a team of approximately 10 engineers, including Mechanical Fitters and Electricians, both qualified and part‑qualified.
The Role
Lead and manage the site maintenance team
Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance activities
Ensure machinery and equipment are maintained to minimise downtime
Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency
Manage maintenance planning and scheduling
Work closely with production and operations teams
Requirements
Previous Maintenance Management experience is essential
Manufacturing background preferred, although other industries will be considered
Strong leadership and people management skills
Previous experience working in Ireland is essential

Package
80K–90K salary
3% Pension Contribution
21 Days Annual Leave rising to 22 after 5 years
Occasional Saturday work may be required
