* We are seeking a dedicated individual to support our daily activities and routines of the service, providing direct care to people in need.
* Key responsibilities include:
* • Assisting individuals with their personal care and everyday needs.
* • Engaging in daily activities and routines that promote independence and community integration.
* • Maintaining accurate records and adhering to confidentiality and data protection guidelines.
* • Participating in multidisciplinary meetings and contributing to person-centered planning.
* • Adhering to health and safety policies and procedures.
* • Carrying out medication administration in accordance with policy and procedure.
* • Working flexible shifts to meet the needs of the service.
Essential Requirements
* Candidates must hold a qualification at Level 7 or above in a relevant area (e.g., Social Care, Social Science, Psychology, Education, Youth & Community).
* Full manual driving license with eligibility to drive in Ireland.
* Eligibility and availability to work without restriction.
