Hanta Educational Services Ltd (HESL) is recruiting experienced freelance teacher trainers to deliver EU funded professional development courses for teachers in Dublin.
Trainers will deliver short, intensive courses to international groups of educators and will be required to prepare and deliver subject-specific training materials aligned with learning objectives.
Courses Requiring Trainers
Applicants should have strong subject knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
* Outdoor Learning and ICT – Principles and Practices
* Blended Learning – Flipped Classroom
* EmpowerED Teachers – CLIL Methodology
* Inclusive Teaching – Inclusive Classrooms for All
* Student Engagement: Differentiated Instruction with AI
* PBL & AI Tools for Student Engagement and Effective Learning
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver teacher training courses (20–25 hours) in Dublin
* Deliver training aligned with Erasmus+ KA1 priorities and quality standards
* Design and prepare training materials (slides, activities, case studies, practical tasks)
* Facilitate interactive, learner-centred professional development sessions
* Adapt content for international Erasmus+ participants
* Support reflection, discussion, and classroom application
Essential Requirements
* Proven experience in teacher training / CPD / professional development
* Freelance / self-employed status
* Strong subject knowledge in at least one listed course area
* Experience creating training and teaching materials for adult learners
* Background in education, teaching, or training
* Excellent English communication skills
* Availability to work on-site in Dublin
Desirable:
* Previous trainer or international training experience
* Familiarity with EU education priorities, inclusion, digital education, or innovative pedagogy
* Experience delivering non-formal education

Pay: €25.00 per hour
