Estimating Administrator – Dublin 17

We are working with one of Ireland's leading building contractors, well-established in delivering major projects across residential, commercial, healthcare, and civil sectors. Their head office team in Dublin 17 are now seeking an Estimating Administrator to join on a permanent basis.
This role is ideal for someone coming from a site administration, document control, or office administration background who is looking to step into a head office environment and support a busy estimating department. Prior estimating experience is not essential – full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the estimating team.
* Assist with document control, data entry, and report preparation.
* Coordinate tender documentation and maintain accurate records.
* Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.
* General office support duties.
Requirements
* Previous experience in site admin, document control, or office admin.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Keen eye for detail and willingness to learn.
