Job Title Summary
Laboratory Supervisor
Reporting to senior management, the Laboratory Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Manufacturing Solutions Lab.
You will lead and develop a high-performing team, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure safety, quality, and operational excellence across all production activities.

The Role
Oversee daily operations of the Manufacturing Solutions Lab
Build, lead, and develop team members while addressing performance issues and resolving conflicts
Ensure a culture of safety and quality throughout production operations
Implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and cost
Manage resources, time studies, and financials to maximize performance
Coordinate across shifts, functions, and work areas to maintain smooth production
Support new product introductions into commercial manufacturing
Provide input into budget decisions and operational efficiency
Stay informed on global programs that impact team execution
Where You Come From
Relevant Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment
Experience in solutions lab and/or manufacturing environments is essential
Medical device industry experience advantageous
Start-up and scale-up experience preferred
Knowledge of digital factory operations and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma Black Belt, or equivalent) a plus
