Role Overview
We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. In this role, you'll drive new business opportunities for VAAS while supporting client management and contributing to content creation. You'll be equally comfortable building relationships, pitching creative solutions, and delivering engaging marketing campaigns that support growth for VAAS and our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead new business opportunities for VAAS across corporate, agency, events, and digital communications sectors.
* Identify and generate new leads through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
* Manage prospects through a structured sales process; from initial contact to proposal and close.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through effective key account management.
* Develop and manage your own sales pipeline and CRM system.
* Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell VAAS services.
* Full communications strategy packages
* Negotiate optimal pricing and prepare quotes and proposals within required timelines.
* Represent VAAS at meetings, pitches, trade shows, and promotional events.
* Provide industry-leading customer support, dealing with client enquiries and follow-ups professionally.
* Support in creating, planning, and executing VAAS's marketing strategy.
* Assist in maintaining a clear, cohesive company brand across all platforms.
* Update online and offline marketing materials including, website content; social media channels; presentations and pitch decks and supporting the creation of case studies, brochures, and promotional literature
* Track and analyse sales data and performance metrics.
* Generate regular reports to help identify opportunities for improvement and future growth.
Skills & Experience
* 2–4 years' experience in sales, marketing, client management, or business development (agency experience a plus).
* Proven ability to generate leads, nurture client relationships, and close deals.
* Strong skills in end-to-end content creation, including short-form video filming and editing.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and copywriting skills.
* Familiarity with digital analytics tools and data-driven decision making.
* A proactive, results-driven mindset with a keen eye for creative opportunities.
