Role Overview
We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. In this role, you'll drive new business opportunities for VAAS while supporting client management and contributing to content creation. You'll be equally comfortable building relationships, pitching creative solutions, and delivering engaging marketing campaigns that support growth for VAAS and our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships.
* Support client management by maintaining regular communication and ensuring high-quality delivery.
* Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to grow VAAS's client base.
* Plan, script, and create content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
* Independently complete content creation projects — from concept through to filming, editing, and delivery.
* Manage content calendars, scheduling, and community engagement.
* Support and manage paid campaigns, reporting on performance and ROI.
* Collaborate with clients to align messaging, ensure brand consistency, and maximise campaign impact.
* Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital platforms.
Skills & Experience
* 2–4 years' experience in sales, marketing, client management, or business development (agency experience a plus).
* Proven ability to generate leads, nurture client relationships, and close deals.
* Strong skills in end-to-end content creation, including short-form video filming and editing.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and copywriting skills.
* Familiarity with digital analytics tools and data-driven decision making.
* A proactive, results-driven mindset with a keen eye for creative opportunities.
