Job Title: IT Support Engineer – Level 2 / Level 3

Reports To: IT Manager
Location: Hybrid (Dublin HQ, EU scope, WFH)
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer (Level 2 / Level 3) to join our IT team in Dublin. This role plays a key part in supporting and maintaining CCS Cleaning’s European IT environment, including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, endpoint management, security response, and core infrastructure. You will act as the escalation point for Level 1 engineers, resolve complex incidents, and help implement improvements across our systems.
