The role of Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician is integral to the smooth operation of our facilities. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining a wide range of equipment and workspaces while adhering to health and safety best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintaining and troubleshooting site equipment
* Performing proactive and preventative maintenance tasks
* Responding promptly to machinery issues and implementing solutions
You will work closely with senior colleagues to undertake day-to-day maintenance tasks, liaise with contractors when necessary, and contribute to the development and progression of on-site apprentices.
In this role, you will also have opportunities to work on continuous improvement projects, roll out best practices across multiple sites, and participate in the upkeep of buildings and grounds.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* NFQ6 (Higher Certificate or Advanced Certificate in Engineering) or equivalent qualification
* Experience of planned preventative maintenance systems
* Fault finding within MHE (Material Handling Equipment)/Automation systems
* Interpreting mechanical and electrical drawings
