Experienced within the Motor Industry. Work well as part of a team. Excel at understanding, anticipating and meeting their internal customers' needs. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Possess excellent problem solving ability. Work well under pressure. Have strong organisational and planning skills. Be efficient, with good attention to detail. Have strong PC skills. Be flexible in their approach to work. A technical background would be a distinct advantage. Have a full, valid and current driving licence. Key Duties And Responsibilities To IncludeControlling internal bookings from our sales operations to ensure quick turnaround times. Scheduling sales preparation. Organising the Technicians' work schedules, Keeping Managers updated on the workload of the Workshop. Liaising with Vehicles Progressors from the sales departments to ensure the timely delivery of cars to customers. Liaising with the Parts Department to ensure that parts are available and informing of potential delays. Administration duties regarding work carried out, VHC checklists and Star Select paperwork. Various adhoc duties.
