Finance Manager
We are looking for a fully qualified, commercially minded, hands on accountant to join our team.
This role offers the exciting opportunity to influence company performance both through strong financial management but also close involvement in the day to day operations.

Summary of the Role :
* Oversee day-to-day financial controls, processes, and procedures
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure financial and operational targets are achieved
* Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts and performance reporting
* Manage cashflow, banking, and short- to long-term financial planning
* Lead budgeting and forecasting in partnership with hotel management teams
* Oversee stock control, procurement processes, and supplier relationships
* Liaise with external advisors, auditors, and finance providers
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory filings, and internal policies

Requirements :
Professional qualification: ACA / ACCA / CIMA
Minimum 3 years of experience post-qualification
Strong Excel / financial modelling skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong commercial instincts
A background in Hospitality and/or Property Development will be highly advantageous, as will be familiarity with hospitality finance systems, Sage & Opera.
