Were looking for a
Commercial Account Manager
to own and grow key client relationships within our logistics and warehousing operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining relationship management with commercial insight to deliver long-term value for clients and the business.
Youll act as the primary commercial partner for a portfolio of accountsunderstanding client goals, leading regular business reviews, and identifying opportunities for growth. Working closely with finance, legal, sales, and operations, youll manage contracts, support negotiations, and ensure strong commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships
* Lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews
* Monitor account performance, profitability, and forecasts
* Identify growth opportunities across existing accounts
* Manage contracts, renewals, and pricing discussions
* Prepare commercial proposals and reporting
What Were Looking For
* 3+ years experience in Account Management or Commercial Account Management
* Strong commercial and financial acumen
* Experience with contracts, negotiations, and renewals
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder skills
* Organised, proactive, and detail-focused
* Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or similar (preferred)
