Senior Account Strategist
We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with our largest and most complex clients.

Requirements
* Minimum 3 years experience in enterprise-level account management
* Fluency in German
* Strong product knowledge and ability to solve complex user-related problems
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
* Ability to lead complex integration conversations and negotiate contracts
* Familiarity with APIs, SQL, and technical troubleshooting skills
A strong organizational skillset, including process improvement and project management expertise, is essential for this role. We welcome candidates with experience working with tools like Postman, Python, Webhooks, and ETL.
