Job Title: Learning and Development Specialist
This role focuses on implementing training and development strategies to support organisational growth.
About the Role:
* Develop, coordinate and deliver learning programmes that align with business objectives.
* Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure content is up-to-date and users are properly enrolled.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to design engaging training materials.
* Maintain accurate records of training activities and provide regular reports.
To succeed in this position, you will have a strong background in learning and development or technical training, preferably within utilities or a related industry. You must be highly organised, possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience working with LMS systems is essential for your success.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
1. A relevant third-level qualification or equivalent experience in learning & development or technical training
2. An understanding of the importance of continuous improvement & professional development
3. Prior experience coordinating logistics for large-scale events & managing multiple projects simultaneously
