Overview
We are seeking to appoint a Widening Participation Community Engagement Manager who will have responsibility for leading the strategic development and implementation of Maynooth University's widening participation community engagement strategy ensuring alignment with national and institutional strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
* Lead the development of partnerships with schools, communities, and other stakeholders to support underrepresented students in accessing and succeeding in higher education.
* Report to the Head of Access Operations and manage a dedicated widening participation community engagement team.
* Oversee programme delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement to enhance student progression and success.
Compensation
Administrative Officer 1 Salary Scale (2025): €59,220 – €84,494 p.a. (9 points)
Appointments will be made in accordance with public sector pay provisions.
