Technical Facilities Supervisor Dublin €60 neg plus pension and healthcare
Job Purpose
To manage technical facilities services for a corporate banking client in Greater Dublin area
Key responsibilities
* Manage scheduled and reactive maintenance as required
* Client management
* Manage a team of technical staff – electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, multi-skilled technicians
* Ensure all scheduled maintenance is compliant with relevant legislation and audit ready
* To act as the primary point of contact for onsite staff within the assigned portfolio
* Ensure all works are closed out correctly and on time
* Ensure that all RAMS, PTW's and service dockets are received and filed
* Ensure all valid contractors' invoices are approved for payment
* Ensure all legal requirements are met across all sites and report if not possible
* Participate in client internal and external audits and risk assessments
* Manage technical budgets for relevant site
* Ensure client invoices are issued correctly and in a timely manner
* Provide clear, accurate, effective reports to client on schedule
* Offer value-add to client where possible including alternative solutions to problems
* Represent client in a professional manner Be flexible and polite at all times
* Work as part of a team
* Provide assistance for other projects when required
* Promote culture and awareness within team of clients site sustainability/energy initiatives
* Implement site strategies to ensure plant is run in its most efficient manner
* Liaise with technical team and sub-contractors ensuring best practice is performed
* Deliver site initiatives to reduce energy consumption
* Flexibility and availability to work overtime
* Goal Zero – Embed EHS as a way of doing business. Enforce a zero tolerance to unsafe working practices to target a goal zero accident rate.
Requirements:
* Technical qualifications
* Facilities Management experience
* Strong communication skills
* Strong computer skills and knowledge of CAFM
* Experience in management of multiple stakeholder environment
