Manufacturing Operations Specialist
The ideal candidate will support product development, production efficiency and quality standards as a key member of our team.
* Collaborate with R&D and Production teams to assist with prototypes and New Product Introductions (NPI). Identify opportunities for process improvement to increase productivity and reduce costs.
* Create and update work instructions, procedures and bills of material for new and existing products. Utilize technical knowledge to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Manage Engineering Change Notices and act as a technical liaison with suppliers. Negotiate and communicate effectively to resolve issues.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in sheet metal fabrication processes (Turret Punch, Press Brake, Welding).
* Able to interpret electrical circuit drawings and specifications for cables, crimping, switches and lighting. Analyze complex data to make informed decisions.
* Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas) for data analysis and reporting. Utilize software to visualize data and drive business insights.
* Experience with AutoCAD Inventor (advantageous). Apply knowledge of design principles to create innovative solutions.
