Our client is seeking a Senior Physiotherapist to join the Primary Care Team for all age groupsin County Clare. Key Responsibilities
* Provide specialist physiotherapy assessment and interventions for adults in a primary care setting.
* Develop and implement individualised treatment plans to support rehabilitation and enhance mobility.
* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.
* Supervise and support junior physiotherapists and students as required.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation.
* Participate in service development and quality improvement initiatives.
Essential Criteria
* CORU registered Physiotherapist
* Minimum 3 years’ post-graduate experience, with relevant experience in primary care or adult rehabilitation
* Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and teamwork skills
* Experience in managing complex caseloads and working autonomously
* Full driving license and access to a vehicle is desirable
