Brightwater Hospitality and Facilities Manager
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Hospitality and Facilities Manager to oversee the delivery of key services at a large, dynamic residential space.
About the Role:
* Manage and coordinate a range of essential services, including cleaning, catering support, landscaping, waste management and security, delivered by external partners.
* Serve as the main point of contact for the planning and delivery of hospitality services during peak seasons.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive experience for all.
Your Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage small to medium-sized refurbishment and improvement projects.
* Manage budgets, resources, and contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and value for money.
* Ensure compliance with quality standards, health and safety regulations, and sustainability initiatives.
Your Qualifications and Experience:
* A third-level qualification, ideally in Facilities Management or Hospitality Management or similar.
* Significant experience (5 years+) in a residential, hospitality or facilities management role within a large, complex organisation.
* Proven experience in managing and developing diverse teams.

What We Offer:
* A permanent position offering an annual salary between €58,000-€68,000 DOE.
