About the Role
The ideal candidate will advise customers on their insurance needs, generate sales and renewals through outbound calls, and provide excellent customer service. They will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, responding to all service requirements, and providing accurate advice to customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer enquiries through inbound telephone activity and email
* Respond to all customer service requirements to agreed service levels, procedures and guidelines
* Provide relevant and accurate advice to customers through in-depth knowledge of the business and services it provides
* Meet and exceed assigned individual and team targets
* Resolve all queries on a first call resolution basis
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Decision making skills and sound numeric skills
* Sales negotiation and administration skills are highly desirable
