AI Annotation Specialist
We are seeking meticulous and detail-oriented professionals to contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI models. As an AI Annotation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality and accuracy of AI systems.
About the Role
Your primary responsibility will be to create, evaluate, and refine question-answer pairs that simulate real-world scenarios. By leveraging your linguistic expertise and cultural knowledge, you'll help ensure that AI systems provide relevant and contextually accurate responses.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality question-answer pairs to improve large language model (LLM) performance.
- Annotate data accurately and consistently according to predefined guidelines.
- Evaluate the quality of existing datasets and machine learning outputs.
- Conduct research to ensure accurate annotations.
- Develop and maintain annotation guidelines for consistent results.
- Provide feedback on annotation tasks to improve processes.
- Identify trends or patterns in annotated data and share insights with the team.
Requirements
We're looking for analytical, adaptable individuals who are passionate about working with data. Key qualifications include:
- High proficiency in English (minimum C1 level as per CEFR).
- Fluency in Finnish (oral and written), with a deep understanding of regional culture and social trends.
- Undergraduate degree or higher qualification.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex guidelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Working Hours & Location
You can choose between fixed shifts: day shift (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM) and evening shift (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM). Monday to Friday (occasional weekends or bank holidays).
The location is Dublin 18, Sandyford. We prioritize work-life balance and have opportunities for career growth into roles such as Quality Analyst, Trainer, or Team Lead based on performance.

Candidates must be comfortable working with sensitive content. Eligibility to work full-time in Ireland is required (EU passport or valid Stamp 4/1G visa with at least 12 months validity).
