Reporting to a senior construction lead, you will be embedded within a multidisciplinary development team and will have primary responsibility for overseeing on-site delivery during the construction phase, while also contributing input at earlier stages including planning, design and pre-construction.The role will suit an experienced site professional who is technically strong, highly organised and comfortable representing the client on site, ensuring that contractors deliver projects safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the client's on-site representative during the construction phase of residential developmentsOversee day-to-day site activities and monitor contractor performance against programme, quality and safety targetsSupport development colleagues during planning, detailed design and pre-construction stagesCoordinate and manage design teams from a site delivery, technical and programme perspectiveLiaise with main contractors, consultants, local authorities, utilities and other key stakeholdersMonitor construction programmes, milestones and delivery schedulesEnsure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to agreed quality standardsOversee compliance with planning permissions, statutory approvals and building regulationsMonitor works for compliance with contract requirements and best practice standardsSupport cost control, value engineering and efficient site delivery solutionsReport regularly on site progress, risks, programme and quality to senior project stakeholdersAssist with inspections, snagging, testing and commissioning through to project completion and handoverWhat You Will NeedMinimum of 5 years' experience in a Site Manager or similar site-based delivery roleA recognised third-level qualification in construction, engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent trade background with strong experience)Proven experience managing large-scale residential construction projectsStrong technical construction knowledge with a hands-on approach to site deliveryExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong understanding of Irish building regulations, planning conditions and construction standardsExperience working on public or client-side projects (advantageous)Familiarity with public procurement and contract administration (advantageous)What's on OfferSecure, long-term pipeline of residential developmentsClient-side role with strong work-life balanceHybrid working model (office, site & remote)37-hour working week25 days annual leave plus additional company daysPension scheme with strong employer contributionLife assurance and income protectionExcellent learning, training and career development opportunitiesWhat's NextIf you are an experiencedSite Managerlooking to transition into or continue within aclient-side rolewith a reputable housing body and long-term project pipeline, we would love to hear from you.Please send your CV and a cover letter outlining your experience and suitability toor call .
