We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Management Trainee program. As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will be empowered to make business decisions that greatly affect your career as well as the bottom line.
You will gain responsibility for developing new business and maintaining current relationships. You will be responsible for understanding cost control, reading your branch's financial statement and understanding what it takes to run a profitable business. You will also learn how to deliver exceptional customer service, effectively communicate with all types of customers, vendors and colleagues and use proper sales techniques, problem-solving strategies and conflict management.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
A Bachelors degree is preferred; however, professional experience can be substituted if applicable. A full manual driving license from Ireland or accommodations made for applicants who do not drive due to a disability. No drug or alcohol-related offense on driving record within the last five years is permitted.
