Your Background:
1. Proven experience managing and developing teams in a retail or customer-facing environment.
2. Leads by example, inspiring teams to perform at their best.
3. Commercially aware with a strong focus on customer service.
4. Can adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
