Opportunity
Join Publift’s Revenue Operations team and play a key role in building the systems, insights, and processes that power our growth. We’re hiring a Revenue Operations Analyst to partner with our Revenue Operations Manager and help deliver operational excellence across Sales, Onboarding, Customer Success, and Technical Support.
In this role, you’ll turn data into decisions - building dashboards, creating reporting frameworks, and identifying opportunities to drive efficiency and revenue growth. You’ll work across teams and regions, supporting our international expansion and helping to ensure Publift delivers consistently for its publisher partners.
What You’ll Do
* Build and maintain reporting dashboards to track key revenue metrics, client health and team performance KPIs.
* Analyse trends and surface insights that inform decision-making on sales strategy, onboarding efficiency, and churn prevention.
* Support strategic projects such as client tiering, performance scoring and revenue forecasting.
* Work closely with the Head of Revenue Operations to implement new processes, reporting standards, and operating models.
* Optimise internal systems and workflows – ensuring data accuracy in CRM and other tools used by commercial teams.
* Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and Onboarding teams to ensure accountability, alignment and smooth handovers across the customer lifecycle.
* Prepare regular reports and recommendations for senior leadership, turning raw data into clear and actionable insights.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
* 1+ year of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Data Analysis or a similar role.
* Ad-tech industry experience is preferred – or at a minimum, an understanding of programmatic advertising and publisher needs.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex datasets. Knowledge of SQL and business intelligence tools (such as Tableau, Zoho Analytics, Looker) is a plus.
* Hands‑on experience with reporting tools and CRMs (such as Zoho, Salesforce, and Hubspot). Experience with APIs, Webhooks, and Workflow Management is also a plus.
* Experience with sales engagement platforms (e.g. Salesloft, Gong, and Outreach) and automation tools (e.g. Zapier, N8N, and Clay).
* Ability to structure and present data clearly, using dashboards and written reports to support decision‑making.
* Collaborative mindset – comfortable working across teams and regions in a fast‑paced environment.
* Proactive approach to problem‑solving, with attention to detail and a willingness to take ownership of tasks.
* Bonus points for: Experience automating reports or improving operational processes in a high‑growth business.
