This is a great opportunity for a motivated and ambitious Sales Manager who's excited to work on meaningful and innovative residential projects.Package details10% bonusPensionFull healthcare insuranceProfessional membership fees paid by company25 days annual leaveLife assuranceCareer development opportunitiesEmployee wellbeing initiativesResponsibilitiesManage multiple new homes developments from launch through to completion.Prepare pricing, marketing plans, and sales strategies for each scheme.Coordinate and support external Sales Agents throughout the sales process.Work closely with Development, Construction, Commercial and Finance teams to ensure key milestones and reporting deadlines are met.Review floorplans and specifications with the design team and agree final development specifications.Plan and deliver targeted marketing campaigns, ensuring social media activity reaches the right audience.Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, signage, and branding assets.Key skills requiredA degree in Property Economics, Auctioneering, Valuation & Estate Agency, or a related field.At least 5 years' experience in the New Homes sector, ideally with a developer or sales agency background.
