We are looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to meet the growing demands of the business. The successful applicant will work in the Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence (CoE) and will be provided with the support and development needed to enable them to deliver successfully in the role.

This role reports to the Talent Acquisition Team Leader and is based at ESB Head Office, 27 Lower Fitzwilliam Street. We are currently working in a hybrid model, with employees required to come into the office at least one day per week.


Key Responsibilities

* Manage and monitor the process for advertising resources in accordance with the agreed Strategic Resource Plan and approval system, liaising with HR Governance Specialists.
* Coordinate candidate correspondence and interview schedules for internal and external recruitment.
* Maintain internal trackers and collate data to produce reports for management, TA, and HR as needed.
* Assist with Early Talent recruitment, attending careers fairs and coordinating graduate events.
* Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Liaise with line managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
* Review employment contracts and documentation issued to external candidates.
* Report on recruitment metrics and KPIs monthly.
* Maintain the TA SharePoint site, including managing permissions.
* Respond to GDPR queries and ensure compliance.
* Champion continuous improvement initiatives with the TA Team Leaders.
* Oversee the new hire process in collaboration with the Onboarding specialist, ensuring legal and policy compliance.
* Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to change.
* Stay updated on market trends, employment legislation, and policies affecting recruitment.


Essential Experience and Qualifications

* 1-2 years relevant work experience.
* Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
* Knowledge of HR practices, policies, procedures, and employment law.
* Proficiency in IT systems, especially MS Office and advanced Excel.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong planning and organizational skills.
* Knowledge of SharePoint and SAP is advantageous.
* Flexible approach to work.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* A HR qualification or equivalent experience is preferred.

Salary: €30,000 to €36,000 per annum.
