We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Leader to join our team. As a Store Leader, you will play a key role in leading the store team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining effective and profitable operations.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of leadership experience, with the ability to develop and motivate a high-performing team. You will be responsible for maintaining stock levels, adhering to company policies, and ensuring a safe working environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Develop a strong team dynamic with the store manager.
* Maintain stock rotation, date checking, shrinkage controls, and food safety procedures.
* Communicate effectively with team members.
* Ensure policy adherence among team members.
* Act as a key holder, protecting assets at all times.
* Maintain stock levels and replenish as needed.
* Ensure merchandising standards align with best practice.
* Keep the store clean and tidy at all times.
