We are looking for a new colleague to join Apleona team in Ireland and UK
Main Duties And Responsibilities
Establish and maintain governance frameworks, program dashboards, and reporting protocols for IFM operations.
Coordinate with service delivery teams, and clients to ensure compliance with PMO standards and processes.
Track and manage program milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple service lines (hard, soft, and workplace services).
Support program reviews, steering committees, and client governance meetings with robust reporting and analysis.
Develop and maintain operational dashboards and performance reports (monthly, quarterly, annual).
Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and key operational metrics; analyse trends and provide actionable insights.
Lead standardisation of reporting formats and tools across all regions/sites.
Collaborate with data analytics and digital teams to automate reporting through BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Identify process improvement opportunities.
Support transition and transformation initiatives under the IFM program.
Maintain documentation and lessons learned repositories.
Qualifications And Experience
Proven experience in performance management, data analytics, or business intelligence within an IFM, facilities management, or corporate services environment.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment is desirable.
Excellent PC skills and proficiency in Word and Excel essential.
Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
Solid understanding of IFM operations, service lines, and industry-standard KPIs/SLA frameworks.
Knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
Knowledge of CAFM systems is desirable.
High attention to detail and organizational discipline.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proactive, collaborative, and process-oriented mindset.
