Project Coordinator Role
This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to site management in Kildare's residential projects.
1. Maintain and update project documentation, including drawings, permits and contracts.
2. Assist site management with reporting, scheduling, correspondence, coordination of deliveries and site logistics. Ensure efficient operations by maintaining accurate records and health & safety documentation as required. Strong organisational skills are essential for this role along with proficient MS Office skills in Excel and Outlook document systems.
Advantageous if you have experience working independently or as part of a team due to the need to coordinate communication between different stakeholders including internal teams and external contractors.
A full clean driving licence is highly desirable but not essential for all projects.
