Senior Occupational Therapist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary Community Intervention Team (CIT).
Job Description:
The CIT provides rapid and integrated responses to patients with acute episodes of illness, requiring enhanced services or acute intervention for a defined short period. This may be provided at home or in a local primary care clinic in the community.
The Wexford CIT service offers access to a blended model of nursing, occupational therapy, and physiotherapy. We accept referrals from hospitals and GPs.
* A minimum of 3 years post-registration experience
* Excellent communication and decision-making skills
* Full clean manual driver's licence (Vehicle provided)
